I just understand it much better if I know where it comes from plus I find it more interesting.

I somehow managed to ace all epsilon-delta questions through sheer memorization.

epsilon delta proofs???? i dont think I did that...lol

I guess the closest thing to that we did in terms of proofs was something like...... say "S" is this, and since this is always less that and thats always less than something related to that and thats equal to something else and thats less than that and that happens to be is epsilon, therefore "S" is always less than or equal to epsilon multiplied by some constant....prooving that there exists a partial derivate or something like that.

I don't know why they make us do e-d proofs. It's only electrical/computer and TrackOne( general) engineering that does them.

That was squeeze law, probably. Or "To catch a thief".

Loved squeeze theorem.

We were taught epsilon-delta crap but wasn't tested on it, which was awesome.

squeeze theorem is one of my closest friends, how you can call that stuff work???

rolls theorem and the mean value theorem were fun too. Easiest marks ever.

Squeeze theorem is easy. Rolle's and MVT are just retarded - you'd think a 3 year old could figure that stuff out. I wouldn't really consider those proofs really, just common sense. The hard stuff is the derivation of formulas, limit proofs and such.

Thankfully, we were only tested on e-d proofs one time. And no other proofs really popped up except a relatively easy one on a quiz.

What electives did you pick? I didn't get any this year, but next year will be sweet.

yea, im kind of glad that we dont need to go through the trouble of choosing electives. I like my summer school-free. But next year on the other hand will we get full previlage of choosing all our courses, which IS sweet!!

I'm just on waitlists for now. For HIS316 (Hist. of Advertising) I am 24/160, and Organizational Behavior (Yay for the Human Factor!) 40/40. I hope I get the HIS, I'd be much happier with that course.

Those are pretty big waitlists. How high is the course enrollment?

All the popular courses fill up extremely fast. You have to be on ROSI the morning enrollment starts.
