I don't really understand your question... But I believe you can take either course in either session (fall or winter).

no i mean is it better if i take chem138 or 139 bcs i've heard that 139 is a review of high school??

138 is Physical Chemistry while 139 is Organic Chemistry. You can take them in either order. I haven't personally taken either course but I can assure you that neither of them is just high school review.
