My family has been really busy this whole week and as a result I was unable to attend my sao on monday or even call them to let them know I wouldn't be coming. I was wondering, if possible, should i bother to call and ask them to re-book my sao, or is it really not all that helpful? I'm saying this because i already have all of my classes selected and have older friends there to show me around the campus, so is there anything else helpful there?

um if you've already got your classes selected and your enrolled in them.. then i guess just ask some of your friend about intramurals/clubs/volunteer stuff thats available at western...
make sure you have $70 cash on your move-in day for frosh... bring NOTHING that promotes/logo's etc anything to do with alcohol or alcohol companies on your move-in day... it'll just make things a hassle and they wont move it for you.. western is hardcore about a dry frosh apparently..
um.. during the semester.. no alcohol in the hallways of your rez.. but they dont care if you drink in your room just dont be loud cause if you're disturbing people and the RA's get called.. they'll crash ure party and ask you to pour out ure alcohol..
wat else... i can't think of anything else... we just had a bunch of people (sciences was big so they split us into 2 groups of like 14) from our faculty.. so we played 2 truths and a lie, the name game etc.. just so u can familiarize yourself with some of your peers...
thats about it really.. you didnt miss much provided you have your classes all registered...
if i missed something someone else can fill it in

You know how you can upload a photo for your ID to pick up during SAO? If you don't go to SAO can you still upload a photo to pick up during move-in week? I really hate taking photos on the spot.
