That course comes with a provincial examinable exam and it could be technically be counted in the top four courses of gr. 12. Would you consider taking a course like this over history 12 or civil 12 or could universities see this course as a complete joke?

Universities do not look at what courses you take as long as they fit under the category of courses they use to calculate your average.

Everything in BC is a complete joke so I wouldn't worry about taking that one.
