If you've applied to multiple places from the OUAC summer referral list and are confident that you are above the requirement listed for all or almost all of them, you are probably pretty safe to get in somewhere. Particularly if there's a place you've applied to that you know you will be well above the requirements for (lets say you applied some places that list 80, you think you'll have about an 82%, but you've also applied a place or two that lists 75%).
That being said, if there's one of your new choices that you'd really like to get into, and the others are backups, and you're 2% from the line for that one, taking the online credit now would be safer.
