Ok so I've lost my western PIN and my Western Username and password. (Parents thought it was garbage)
I'm pretty sure I have my western email (Ktraino@uwo.ca)
I tried doing to PIN retrieval using both methods but it kept saying they didn't match.
I have my Western student number, as well as all of my OUAC information.
I want to sign up for courses soon so what do I do?

they said I needed to use my most recent OUAC confirmation number so its all sorted out.
