1.I was just wondering, what is the cut off percentage for UBC Arts, I've heard 83 from my counselor and that figure is old(piece of paper on her door for 2 years). One of my friends said that he's heard people getting in with 80-82 percent. My interim mark was a 78(mid may) and almost done an online course being geography 12, which has increased my average to about 82. Well I haven'nt received anyting from UBC because my mark was just under the threshold but can I still be admitted?

and what if I never did the geography course and my mark went up substantially after my provincial exams, could I still get in? seeing that they look at your marks in july

can someone please explain UBC admissions procedures and how it will work in my situation.
