So, im not interested in early acceptance. Im in a semestered school so, after i give in my semester 1 marks will i get any offers or will i have to wait until semeser 2 midterm to give in all my marks. This is considering i have good marks.

Yes, you should get offers with your semester 1 marks at the beginning of semester 2. I got accepted into a few schools in February. But you might need high-ish marks. I had a 90% avg.

are grade 11 marks used for these offers that come after 1st sem marks are in?

I just finished my first year of university but I do remember what things were like when I was applying to university for the first time. I got accepted at Waterloo for a general science program in December of my grade 12 year based on my grade 11 marks. Most of my other acceptances came in February or so, based on my first semester marks...for much tougher programs with supplementary applications, I only got an acceptance by May (Mac's Arts and Science program). So yeah, it is possible to get early acceptances, it just depends on the program/university you're waiting to hear from.
