depends on how much you eat but I'd say go for the one with the most flex dollars.. most people don't like coming back to new to eat lunch (I think it's the plan thats like 330 meals for the year or something). Most people who got the 15 meals /wk found that half the time they only had 8 meals and wasted a lot of their money.. the 330 works really well IMO as long as your not one of those people that just eats all the time
the food was okay for the first month or so and hten I just got tired of it and at the end I perosnally really really didn't like it (although they try to change things up to make it good). However a lot of people loved the food and said it was much better than what they're used to at home so I guess it just depends on how well your parents feed you
