I have to fill out a certain form for my resp. There's one section about enrolment confirmation which is to be completed by Registrar. Who is registrar?!!?? Do i complete this section?

Why not call OSAP or call your school and clarify what needs to be done. It's likely that you submit the application and then they fill out that section after...

The Registrar's office processess hundreds of these each year, I'd be very much surprised if they filled it out on the spot for you. More likely is that you'll drop it off, and they will either inform you when it has been completed, or they will submit it directly to your RESP program.
