If you were accepted prior to May 28th, you're screwed

Call them ASAP, see if they can make an exception. Either drive down there yourself and give them a money order, or mail it via XpressPost and hope for the best.
I was late as well on my Victoria college deposit, but I was able to pay on the 31st in person.
