I don't know, I thought Bob was OK...not to my liking. Jim is WAY better though. I would definitely recommend him.

Try asking someone you know who has already done the courses that you are having trouble with. Thats what I did and I found it was much easier to learn when the person teaching you has done the course and knows what worked for them. Its also generally less expensive.
