Exercise Science in my school is pretty easy. Except my teacher is weird. It kind of reminds me of bio, because there is alot of reading and detail explanations of the body, however, the quizes and tests are no where closed to as hard as bio. There is also alot of easy assignments that can boost up your mark. However it is a physical education course and not particularly a science, so there shouldn't be a problem...For example, in grade 11 bio i got 72, now in exercise science im getting 95 LOL

Quite a few things are related to grade 11 biology. Anyways, I loved most of the course, especially the anatomy/physiology and nutrition. The biomechanics I could have handled not learning.

OK, there is no possible way to say if the course is easy or not. It all depends on your teacher.
It can be hard if your teacher makes you memorize all the bone landmarks, or know the points of origin and insertion in each muscle.

my teacher was like like the easiest teacher in the school...lol! it's mostly human anatomy and how the body works. Check out who's teaching it since, mostly, this course is under the Physical Education Dept. where gym teachers teach. It's one of my easy courses considering that it's a U one.
