University of Waterloo - COMPUTATIONAL Science
or,
Mcmaster University - Honors in COMPUTER Science.
In regard with future prospects. And how tough would it be to transfer from COMPUTATIONAL to COMPUTER Science in Waterloo considering the fact that they belong to different departments.
Thank you very much for your help.

I don't have much in depth experience with computers or related university programs, but my advice would be to read the program descriptions and determine which program that you think you would be more interested in. In terms of transfering, unless someone has actually done the exact same thing, my advice would be to ask the program advisors or related people. I believe Waterloo is having a UW day, in the coming few weeks for accepted applicants. I would recommend attending that, ask your tougher questions there.
