I'm doing the supplemental for UBC commerce and the deadline, according to the site, is Midnight PST, March 15 2010.

does it mean the midnight b/t 14th and 15th or the midnight b/t 15th and 16th?

midnight, meaning the end of March 15th, so between march 15th and 16th.
