Say the entrance scholarship requires a 90% average. If I have 89.5% as my average, do I get the entrance scholarship?

No...I don't think so. Not sure if you're talking about the standard entrance scholarship, where the ranges usually go like this: 80-84.9% 85-89.9% 90-94.9% 95-100%

Most universities will not round your admission average... they like all the money they can get. But, once you're offered a scholarship, it can only go up (so if your admission average gets to 90%, you'll be offered the scholarship), and you'll keep the amount offered as long as you maintain the conditions of your offer. Mind me, every university is different, best to call the awards department up.

Every university is different, but generally once you've been offered a scholarship, all you need to do is maintain the conditions of your offer (as detailed in your admissions letter). Once in university, again this is not universal, but you generally need to maintain a A- average to keep the scholarship.
