I am a student-teacher or rather doing a Post Graduate Diploma in technical and vocational Education and i have difficulty dealing with uncoperative learners...we always agree on ground rules and sunctions but they never abide to them..How do i deal with this kind of learners because i do not want to chase them out of class. You should assess your student individualistic aptitudes and interests for improving their learning capacity. you should get information about thier personal issues while learning such technical subjects.
The Classic English Literature helps to develop super information related with social and historical perspectives.

I love how stupid these things are. Makes me chuckle every time.
I like the tag-team approach though... works really well.

Lots of kids are difficult learners because they're not the kind of people who can sit for 6 hours a day listening to someone talk about subjects that don't seem relevant to their interests in life. You have to connect with them and figure out who they are and what they're passionate about. Then you can make some progress with them by negotiating between two people rather than letting the kids deal with rules. Kids, especially these ones, don't need to be confronted with rules; they need to be confronted with people. Hope that helps.
