How hard is it to go and work in the states after one graduates from a credible, desirable program? Anyone?

You have to get a work visa, which, according to one of my cousins (who graduated from Cornell Business, and you would therefore think he would be an easy decision for customs), isn't very easy. Other than that, I neither know the process nor the length of time it takes to get the visa. You'd think a university graduate from Canada wouldn't have too much difficulty getting that visa.
